In the price are included: Vat 10%, parking, hot water, electric connection.
In the price is not included the entry to the swimming pools. Il costo giornaliero dell’ingresso è di € 2,50 per i maggiori di 8 anni.
CANCELLATION. In case of written cancellation received within 60 days from the expected day of arrival , half of the deposit for booking will be refunded. Beyond this limit of time no refund is due.

Cooking corner must be left clean; otherwise € 35,00 should be paid for the cleaning.
